RAI Jets is making moves. We are excited to share the news of our acquisition of Aeronautical Charter Inc., located at Page Field in the vibrant community of Fort Myers, Florida. This decision will not only enhance RAI Jets’ presence in the aviation industry, it will allow us to enter into the thriving Florida market. We are excited to deliver our exceptional charter services and elevate the flying experience for our clients in this picturesque region known for its beautiful beaches and sunny skies.

The property currently features a 10,000 square foot hangar, but we are eager to get to work on expanding! We want to see the space engineered into a 14,000 square foot hangar and we have already started the process to make that vision come to life. This expansion will allow RAI to better serve the needs of all of our aircraft owners. But, we aren’t stopping there and we aim to add even more hangar space. We would love to see the addition of two more 10,000 square foot hangars in the next couple years. The sky is the limit as we begin creating our second home.

In addition to the new hangar, ACI’s managed fleet is being transitioned to RAI Jets’ company umbrella. What does that mean for our customers?

This means that jet owners in Southwest Florida can now benefit from our top-notch aircraft management and aircraft maintenance services. We are committed to working with aircraft owners ensuring that their aircraft meet all FAA regulatory requirements and approvals.

Approved aircraft owners will have the opportunity to work with our company and add their aircraft to RAI Jets’ Part 135 Air Carrier Certificate to become part of the charter fleet. This option will allow their aircraft to fly chartered trips, only if the owner does not have it scheduled. It is a great way to offset some of the fixed costs associated with aircraft ownership. We are excited to be able to extend RAI’s aircraft management services to this new market.
